1992 Geo Metro Convertible 42 MPG Automatic for sale in North Little Rock, Arkansas

1992 Geo Metro Convertible. Red in color. 209K miles. Automatic transmission. 1.0L 3 cylinder engine. 42+ MPG I will do my best to describe everything about this car, good and the bad. Do remember it is
a 21 year old car. It is not new. Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 10 in comparison to any of these little cars left on the road.
Good:
Brand new 13 inch tires
New front wheel bearings
New calipers, rotors, and brake pads
Newer top- nice dark black- Not sun faded
Fresh transmission filter and fluid change- shifts great
Battery 1 year old
Fresh tune up including new Distributor cap, wires, and plugs
New Valve cover gasket
New Carpet but not professionally installed. Looks nice though
New Water pump
Newer drive belts
Starts everytime and ultra reliable
$20 fills it up from dead empty. Gas savings will pay for the car. I average 42 MPG- not bad for a 21 year old car
Drive anywhere
Clear title in my name.
Tagged and driven once a week. Drove to Louisiana a few weeks ago. Did great.
Fun in the sun, and get lots of people asking about it. Most younger people dont even know what it is
Newer paint job- was done professionally a few years ago. Not faded. A few small chips
No major dents or body damage
Bad
Drivers door latch broken. I have the clip to fix it
All A/C components replaced. Needs belt and freon to complete. The compressor was purchased used and is insalled
3 small cracks on the dash
Seats are a little stained
All metros have rust. Has some on passenger qtr panel, but none on rocker arms where they usually fail. See pics
Aftermarket Radio works when it wants to
Extra parts included:
Haynes Manual
Starter- thought it was bad and replaced it only to find out all I needed was a fuse
Extra trim pieces and weather stripping for the seals- hard to come by, and they are expensive
Car cover
Assorted other Metro odds and ends
$2600 Cash only. No trades. I need some extra cash for living expenses or would not sell. No low ball offers. Another Metro Convertible is on Americanlisted for $3100, and this one is nicer.
